What is dry ice?
It is a solid form of CO2 with a negative temperature of -79 degrees Celsius. This substance is highly effective and safe for removing various types of dirt from any surface. Dry ice is used for cleaning production and industrial machinery and equipment, among other applications, replacing chemicals.
What does our dry ice cleaning service look like?
Dry ice cleaning is a rather unique and innovative solution, though popular in locations such as heavy-duty manufacturing plants, where paint shops, varnishing rooms, and powder coating plants are located. Very heavy oil and grease stains that cannot be removed with water alone, even hot and pressurized ones, are removed by dry ice. Upon contact with the surface being cleaned, dry ice transforms into a gas, automatically expanding its volume, loosening contaminants, and evaporating, leaving no residue behind.
We use a special compressor to perform dry ice cleaning. It emits dry ice particles under pressure, which are then projected at a specific speed onto the surface being cleaned. This effectively cleans the surface.
